The last stretch settles money and exit: whether you invoice monthly or annually in advance, the invoice payment period, the non-renewal notice before renewal, the renewal price-change notice, the notice before suspension for late payment, the cure period for material breach and the cure period for material service degradation before termination, and finally the dispute forum, either the competent commercial court or arbitration at the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration, then the last updated date in both calendars. The template blocks a deletion window shorter than the export window, because that would delete the customer's data before it could export it.

The customer owns its data, and the provider processes it only to deliver the service under the data processing agreement. If you choose to offer them, a sentence is added stating that the credits are set out in the order form and are the sole remedy for an availability shortfall, and you set the rate and the unit it is measured against. If you choose not to, the sentence is dropped and the target availability remains a declared operational commitment without automatic compensation.
