A facility services agreement governs the relationship between a business and whoever operates its building or site: cleaning, maintenance, security, and support services. This is an ongoing operations contract, not a one-off deal, so its quality is measured by how well it governs month after month: what service is required, how its performance is evidenced, and what follows from a shortfall.
